Yogurt is a lactic acid product that results from the lactic
acid fermentation in the milk. Our animals are kept entirely pasture at the
foot of the Rila and Rhodope Mountains. The end product is yogurt with a
delicate and unobtrusive aroma. A clean, delicious and unique product for the
