Yarlovo Farm Yogurt 720 ml.
The natural yoghurt from Yarlovo farm is made according to a
home-made recipe with Bulgarian sourdough from the two strains of Lactobacillus
bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, popular in Bulgaria. The farm is
located 35 km. from Sofia, on the southern slope of Vitosha Mountain. Cows
whose milk is made from cheese, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, etc. are grazed
in the early spring to late fall and fed in winter with hay and fodder. The
product comes in a 720 ml glass jar that can be returned.
