Lemnos Flour is made from 100% Greek hard wheat that milled in the Greek Isle of Lemnos. The flour is a pure all-nature product, unbleached, with no additives, no preservatives, making it excellent for yeast bread baking such us Greek country bread, baguettes, rolls, pizza crust but it is also suitable for frying. Thanks to its traditional milling and unbleached process, the flour that a slight yellow color. As a natural product with no preservatives, it can only be consumed within nine months period of time.
