Since 2004, Tamma has moved the production of pasta from the historic pasta factory in Cerignola to the brand new factory located in Foggia. The new pasta factory has been designed and built with the most advanced technologies available on the market, with a close eye on quality and food safety.
The production takes place following the most rigorous standards in terms of hygiene and health of the product with machinery that safeguards the goodness, the color and the scent of the freshly harvested wheat.
