Vinification: Traditional method with controlled temperature and pumping over.
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel tanks followed by 3 months in the bottle
Description: Young and fresh easy drinking wine. The nose has fruity note and the palate is pleasant and harmonious.
Food recommendations: White and red meat, fresh cheeses and pasta.
Serving temperature: 18 – 20°C
